“We have been very pleased with our experience at Concept Bath Systems. Our master bath was very small and had insufficient storage. Collin had some great suggestions as to how we could increase storage and give us a few more inches in our shower. That may not sound like much but it is nearly done and I can already see the improvement. Collin is knowledgable and easy to work with. The crews were excellent also. They were friendly, considerate and skilled at their work. We were kept informed. They weren't pushy but made suggestions that in the long run were to our benefit. We had one small glitch which they remedied quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a bath remodel.

“First experience with this company. Worked with Mark H. Everything went smoothly. He explained what types of carpet we should look for based on our needs. Mark sent us with several samples and came out to measure within a few days of initial contact. He was not overly aggressive like some salesmen can be. Price was very reasonable. Did not try to upsell us on a higher priced carpet. Once we ordered, we got an estimated delivery date and install date. Install was planned for 2 days due to the amount of carpet. Installers were very professional and did an awesome job. They completed install in 1 day. Would recommend and would buy from again.“
