    We had an issue with our furnace. Called Crawford in Muscatine and they got someone out to me early the next morning. Outstanding customer service! Thank you Ben for being awesome!

    I highly recommend the Crawford Company. Our air conditioner went out and we had a great experience. The company is ran like a well-oiled machine. From dispatch to the technician. Ben, the technician, was kind, courteous & fixed our unit quickly. 5 Star service

    I recently had 2 interviews which seemed like they went really well, I was told after the 2nd interview that I'd hear back in a couple days, after no response I waited 5 business days and made a follow-up call. There was no answer so I left a detailed voicemail. I got no response so I called again in a few days and I got ahold of Troy Green, he proceeds to tell me to call back in 20 mins so I did and no answer. I'm thinking he just got busy so I called around the end of the that day and he flushed me to voicemail and sent me an auto-mated message that said I'm in a meeting, i will text you later and yet again no response. So most people might have given up at this point, but I was always taught when you want something go for it. So I swallowed my pride and decided to go into the office to at least get some closure. I spoke to Crystal Butler the Human Resources Manager and told her about the situation and she said didn't know much about it and that she would get back to me if not by the end of that day then the next for sure. I never received a phone call or email nothing. I was really excited about the opportunity to work with such a good reputable company but that was replaced with a bad taste in my mouth about how unprofessional and just morally wrong this company was to me. All either one had to say was that we went with a different candidate or I wasn't the right fit for the job etc. I understand sometimes that's the case but to blow me off the way they did wasn't right. Now if I'm ever asked about this company unfortunately I'm not going to have the best things to say about them. They pride themselves on being a family owned company that's a good place to work but can't even respond to a applicant that had 2 interviews and made several follow-ups and not just not respond but I was lied to by 2 of their upper management. And i really liked Troy and Crystal after our meetings I guess that was I'm so surprised.
