Made a 2 o’clock appointment for my son to get box braids and a trim/cleanup. Spoke at length with the lady booking the appointment about how his hair was and what he wanted done. We discussed how he needed a fade clean up and the long hair on top braided. Went to the 2 o’clock appointment and spoke briefly with the stylist. Told her to just braid it up on top and cleanup/trim on bottom. Left to run an errand and came back around 2:25-2:30. Parked right at front of the door and could see my son in the chair getting his braids. At 3:30 the stylist walked away and I thought he was done so I came in.
