Just recently I wanted to go back to Discount Eyewear as I had been a customer back in 2017 and the previous owner was a friend of mine.Having gone back to them for my new prescription and looking for new frames; it appears that the new owner won't be following in the footsteps of previous owner in regards to accepting health insurance coverage for eye lenses. I was told that they do not accept Medicare nor United Health (my policy covers eye lenses); whereas, the previous owner did accept these companies.Also was told that they do not make new lenses for existing frames for which I had originally bought in 2017 from this business. The staff was so friendly and helpful! They even helped me pick frames that best suited me! Nothing like Bard Optical which is a plus. Bard optical was so rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Discount eyewear definitely went above and beyond with there customer service. explained everything to me that they where doing, listened to my concerns, and where very pleasant the whole time. Thank you all so much!

Everyone at Discount Eyewear are very friendly and helpful. I went there yesterday for my first eye exam. Dr Vits and Brandon were both very professional and helpful. I have never had a more thorough exam before. All the rest of the staff were also very helpful and great at their jobs. I highly recommend Discount Eyewear to anyone who needs their services.
