Turns out we had multiple layers of shingles(against code) and some damage that they corrected and repaired before replacing our shingles. Entire job and clean-up was complete within 3 days. “Once I decided I wanted my 3 season room changed to an all season room, I knew what I wanted, but had a hard time putting it down on paper. I went and spoke with Dennis at Griffiths Construction and he came and viewed the area. He came up with ideas and suggestions that allowed me to add what I wanted to make my dream room.
He saw suppressed wood for walls, giving me a cabin feel all year round. I am actually looking forward to sitting in the room and watching it snow. The windows are easy to open/close to get a breeze. It is climate controlled. He laid the flooring; he allowed me to add this to the plans mid-project as other contractors could not meet cost nor timing needs. He allowed me to add another door to the plans as well.
Dennies checked on me constantly to make sure this room was what I wanted and up to standards.
His teams of contractors made sure they checked with me on what they were doing and I was pleased with the outcome of their work. They all treated the job as if they were working on their own home. I was able to call Dennis direct with any concerns.
