“I was told I was foolish not to get multiple estimates for a major waterproofing project, but I wanted to work with a local business, liked the lifetime warranty and didn't want to trust foundation work to the lowest bidder. Lifetime warranties are as only good as the lifetime of the business, and Greentree has been in business for 30 years. The real test came after the work was done and the crew left. I had a little seepage after recent flooding. I sent an email at night and they called me first thing in the morning. Within 24 hours the owner was at my house to inspect, and within 72 hours corrective action was taken. They not only stand behind their work, but the level of customer service was without parallel.
