Nick took my call in the middle of the night when I was in quite a panic experiencing a leak due to an issue with my flat roof. He helped me troubleshoot and was there the next day to inspect and come up with a plan. He gave me options based on what he saw and provided what I believe were fair prices for the scope of work. Importantly, he offered me a warranty for the bigger scope of work which told me that he stood behind his work. He provided a contract and his team got to work the same day and finished the next. I contracted with Pulaski Roofing because the large flat roof on our condo building needed some extensive repairs. The building was built in 2006, and despite yearly maintenance some of the owners noted signs of roof damage, namely wet spots on their ceiling and wall. Nick Stevens, the supervisor, contacted me quickly. He inspected the roof and got back to me with what I thought were reasonable estimates. He was friendly and very professional.
