I have used this place twice and they have provided top notch physical therapy sessions:The first time was for rotator cuff surgery recovery last summer. My physical therapist, Jillian Thompson got me back to pre-injury shape. It starts with a thorough assessment of my condition and desired end goal. She then put together sessions and exercises for home that delivered full range of motion. throughout the process she benchmarked my progress weekly and made adjustments as needed. I'm happy to report that 9 months later, my shoulder continues to work as designed with no pain!The second time was for lower back pain. Came to see Jill about shoulder pain. It’s been a few weeks and it’s already feeling better thanks to her. Jill’s kind, knowledgeable and caring. I’m happy to have her as my physical therapist and know I’ll fully recover and be stronger because of her. To top it off, the entire staff at Centre is friendly and seem to have a great relationship with one another. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Centre! I was dealing with neck and shoulder issues for 5 years. I saw doctors and other PT therapists for years, and Claire at Centre was the first and only person that was able to explain to me what was going on and to help me! She is a life saver and I am so greatful for her help. The staff is very nice and accommodaiting and the place has a unique family feel to it! I canot recommend Centre enough. It is a great place!
