When my 3 year old played in her first recital after a few months of studying with Miss Nissa, I had no idea how it would go. Would she throw herself on the floor? Would she belt out "Let It Go" from the stage? Would she cry and refuse to bow to the audience?

I didn't need to be afraid. She did exactly as she had practiced - a deep bow that was met with thunderous applause and her stunned exhilaration. She practically floated back to her seat. Later, when we walked to the car, she held my hand and stopped me to say something I never expected to hear: "Mommy, thank you for believing in me."

Anderson has been a fundamental part of our daughter's development as a violinist. She has learned what it means to work with a teacher and community of peers to reach her potential and feel confident. Highly recommended!

Ms. Nissa is the third violin teacher my daughter has had and she has been the best. We met her when she was filling in for a previous teacher and right away I was able to appreciate her teaching style. My daughter has been with Ms Nissa for almost 2 years now and she just loves this class.
