I didn’t receive any services from them but I did get a lot of knowledge from them. I learned about accident chasers and how they scam people. ACs have a radio in the car that listens out for accidents. They pull up and take the car to a random lot and over charge people for storage. It’s so bad it made the news one time. Whomever I talked to was really knowledable and resolved helped me to be alert of what to expect when in an accident and your car gets towed.
Doesn't actually service their contracts during hours that it would be beneficial to their clients. Instead takes advantage of hard-working individuals. If you have a contract to divert bar-goers from parking at a condo you go during the hours that people would be there. Not at 5 a.m. when people are attempting to handle life issues. Intelligence 1/5 stars. 2/5 here strictly for the poor lady who has to deal with the operator issues.
Today started as a terrible day, but due to SMJ towing (especially Steve) it got brighter. I had a blow out on I57 Northbound near the Lincoln Highway exit. Called SMJ towing and the owner Steve was very polite, professional, and patient. If you need a tow, call SMJ towing. They will take care of you.
