Where do I begin?? LOVED THIS PLACE! I called Luxury Auto Spa and from the moment “Martha” answered the phone they were pleasant and professional. She set very accurate wait expectations and the prices are amazing. I have a white BMW with beige leather seats/interior and as you can imagine with this Chicago snow & slush my car ended up filthy and I finally broke down and said “I need my car detailed”. I’m in my car ALL THE TIME so I have spilled stuff all over and said I’ll get it later and never do so my car definitely needed professional service. I asked my friend where he took his Land Rover Defender and he says they were good so I gave them a chance. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. The work they did restored my car to its original beauty and maybe even better than how I bought it used from dealership! You know how change falls out of your pocket all the time and you say to yourself “whoever cleans this car is gonna be rich!”? You don’t have to worry about that here because they gave me EVERY LAST PENNY they found in a bag when it was all said and done. The attention to detail had me shocked, I literally looked around the car expecting to find something to complain about and I found absolutely nothing. If you’re planning on getting your car detailed DO NOT HESITATE to stop at this local family-run establishment - I know I will be stopping back!
