Had a bad experience with nurse, extremely rude and made remarks after I told her my symptoms. Said she should go to front desk and check herself in too.That’s not even the worst part she did a Covid test and stuck the swab so far up my nose I started to bleed and i couldn’t keep my eyes open for about a minute or so from the pain.When I asked her if it’s normal to bleed from the swab her exact words were “yes, that’s how I know I did it right”The notes on my discharge papers had Diana B as the nurse so I’m going to assume it was her.Do not come here seek better treatment somewhere else.Drs here are mediocre at best.I have myocarditis heart inflammation... read full review

I am beyond exasperated with their operators!They are worthless sending calls to the wrong numbers not able to answer the simplest questions, it is infuriating! I need help/info not a runaround that took a half hour only to be disconnected!DO BETTER!

Diagnosis of pneumonia by Dr. Steve Andrews. He is a terrific doctor. He immediately puts you at ease with his bedside manner. I actually was treated by him at the RF center approximately 7 years ago. The nurse was really good despite being short of staff today! The front desk intake person was very efficient and courteous. Overall, I would rate my experience 10 out of 10.
