“Cannot be more pleased with service and care we have rec'd from JVS Plumbing. Several years ago we had a hot water heater that went out just as 15 members of our family arrived! JVS responded with kindness and professionalism that very same day!!
Recently, our kitchen sink began to have 'a voice of it's own' and would gurggle strange sounds and occasionally back up. We knew exactly who to call as we kept JVS magnetic business card on our fridge! Vicki in the office was friendly and professional and even tho this wasn't an emergency, she promptly scheduled us. Christian arrived as scheduled (we appreciated the text when he was on his way!) and was so kind and again professional. With a little explanation of what had gone on, he quickly assessed the problem and in a short period of time, had located the problem and cleared it! No more talking sink!!! It is rare to find this kind of care and excellent service. We so appreciate that JVS exists and is so caring for their customers!

“If I could give Tim and Pedro more than 5 stars I would. I had been working with American Vintage on a sewer issue that backed up into my garage and drive way. I have been doing business with for a long time so I had faith in them. We had been working on the issue for 2 weeks trying to fix the problem. Over that period of time they rodded 2x and water jetted 1x and camera scoped each time. They could not get the sewer to flow. I also had been working with the City of Evanston to ensure the main line was ok, which it was . The last camera scope they took on Thur was the same, they could not see anything because there was too much water and they could not tell what the blockage was. They said they had to executive because they believed the lateral was partially detached from the City main line. This was on last Thurs and I was waiting for a quote to dig up everything to repair the damage. I spoke with The City of Evanston to get their input and they stated from there last video inspection of the main system back in 2020 they saw sand and a very large blockage but they could not tell which customer lateral that was. I proceed to contact other companies to obtain a quote and I ran into Drains, Inc. Tim listened to my story and asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what was done or not done. We decided on him coming out to rod, jet and scope the sewer line. If he could not do it then he would give me a quote to dig up the system. Needless to say they did it! It took a while with using the rodder only with different head sized and digging in and pulling out many times. They found a massive root ball at the end and they discovered another clean out that was put in at some point in time not by me. We had water following. The basin drop 2' with a big gush. I have never been so happy to see sewer move along. Tim is great. He knows what he is doing. He is fair and his pricing is in line with the industry. If you are in doubt do not be. He has so many good reviews because he is that good. Thank you Tim and Pedro you guys rock.“

“I was a bit panicked when my drain clogged and water got everywhere (including my AC return). So, I've got a clogged pipe and my AC wouldn't come on. When I called, Jennifer was really kind and helpful to get me on the schedule as soon as possible. The two guys from Good Mechanical Service were friendly and timely. They cleared my pipe and found the issue with my AC (not related to the water, but they were knowledgeable enough to find the problem quickly). The price was very fair and Paul and Tyler are great guys with good personalities. I will definitely be keeping them in my phone for any future Plumbing and HVAC needs.“

“Adas Interior delivered a beautifully finished basement with good workmanship, respectful contractors, and prompt issue resolution. Adam and his team were accommodating even when we changed our minds, re-doing work as needed. However, the project took much longer (nearly 7 months) and cost more than initially quoted due to unforeseen issues and upgrades (some of which were at our request). Communication was generally good, but for the sake of constructive feedback, more thorough documentation of changes and detailed quotes of change orders would have improved transparency. We also didn't get to keep many of the leftover materials; we have several types of tile and flooring, but only have a few boards and no tiles. Hoping this isn’t an issue for any potential repairs in the future. Despite some of the challenges along the way, we're very happy with the final results. Adam and his team were very accommodating and never said no to something we wanted, offering suggestions and feedback, which was appreciated. Overall, we’re pleased with the results and would recommend Adas Interior for their craftsmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction.“

“I called due to a lack of water pressure from our water tank - They're sticker with the phone # was on our water system. When I spoke with the gentleman that answered the phone, I explained what what occurring with our water and he said that he suggested we try a few things before having to pay for them to go out there. I was surprised that he was actually giving free advice! Lo & behold - his advice worked! I'm sure once the weather gets better we'll be calling in for a maintenance check and we'll have no doubt that any advice they give to improve our water system will be 100% honest feedback.
