I contacted this company for a question/service on my water heater, the owner answered while on vacation. He was very informative and requested more information - he helped me right through my issue on the phone, without having to make a house call. Although I did not technically use this company, I think for someone to take the time (on vacation) to speak with me about an issue that most companies would have been happy to charge me for is amazing. You do not find many people in the world that genuinely want to help, let alone help without gaining from it. Just off of that I would absolutely recommend and use this company for anything that I need with my HVAC repairs....read full review
A pipe burst and flooded my home while I was out of town. My furnace and hot water heater were destroyed. I also had over $100,000 in damages to my walls, insulation, floors and personal belongings. Mr Domer and his team handled my repairs and installation swiftly and professionally. We could not thank him enough.
