“I contacted this company for a question/service on my water heater, the owner answered while on vacation. He was very informative and requested more information - he helped me right through my issue on the phone, without having to make a house call. Although I did not technically use this company, I think for someone to take the time (on vacation) to speak with me about an issue that most companies would have been happy to charge me for is amazing. You do not find many people in the world that genuinely want to help, let alone help without gaining from it. Just off of that I would absolutely recommend and use this company for anything that I need with my HVAC repairs. I wish I would have found him and did my research when my air conditioning unit went out. Michael Domer is heaven sent and I cannot thank him enough. God Bless You Young Man!“
