I was recommended to Dr. Reichle by my parents, who have trusted him with their dental care for years—and now I understand why! After avoiding the dentist for six years due to a terrible past experience and a major fear, I finally decided to give Smiles by Design a try. From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Reichle was kind, patient, and made sure I was at ease throughout the entire visit. His dental assistant Carlene was also incredible—so friendly and calming! They truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I hadn't been to a dentist in several years and I am so glad I chose this office. The staff could not be kinder and everything was explained to me in language I could understand. The best was is that they actually wanted to find out about me and converse during the procedure which takes your mind off what's happening. This IS the dentist to go to if you are the least bit anxious!

Had my first cleaning done today. Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. Having my two year old along made things a bit more challenging, but having him with didn’t phase the hygienist or the doctor. Highly recommended.
