“Cannot be more pleased with service and care we have rec'd from JVS Plumbing. Several years ago we had a hot water heater that went out just as 15 members of our family arrived! JVS responded with kindness and professionalism that very same day!!
Recently, our kitchen sink began to have 'a voice of it's own' and would gurggle strange sounds and occasionally back up. We knew exactly who to call as we kept JVS magnetic business card on our fridge! Vicki in the office was friendly and professional and even tho this wasn't an emergency, she promptly scheduled us. Christian arrived as scheduled (we appreciated the text when he was on his way!) and was so kind and again professional. With a little explanation of what had gone on, he quickly assessed the problem and in a short period of time, had located the problem and cleared it! No more talking sink!!! “I called due to a lack of water pressure from our water tank - They're sticker with the phone # was on our water system. When I spoke with the gentleman that answered the phone, I explained what what occurring with our water and he said that he suggested we try a few things before having to pay for them to go out there. I was surprised that he was actually giving free advice! Lo & behold - his advice worked! I'm sure once the weather gets better we'll be calling in for a maintenance check and we'll have no doubt that any advice they give to improve our water system will be 100% honest feedback. “Kevin and Dulan were the ones who came and did the install for our new water heater (replaced one that was about 13-15 years old). They did a great job of not only installing the water heater, but assisting with hooking it up to the whole house humidifier.The other part that was a net positive is that they came specifically for the job that was called for. Some places end up having someone come over and suddenly spring a full house inspection when you just called them for a sink install and then want to sell a bunch of things that aren't needed.“
