Our family suffered a suicide in Carthage Illinois. We hired ServPro to clean the apartment where it happened. We are in Portland, Oregon. I was very pleased with their telephone service and delicate handling of our situation. The apartment was completely and thoroughly cleaned with every attention to detail. The staff that came was AMAZING! NICE, HELPFUL, EXPERIENCED AND WONDERFUL AROUND MY PET AND SMALL CHILDREN! BESTmoney we have spent in years! My breathing and allergies are much better already and there is so much less dust accumulation- like it's literally not as dusty (after I dusted after the service). I recommend to anyone really.

We had a bad storm in our ruthless, taking off if it wasn’t for Jerry Beth that works for surf pro I’m not sure how things would’ve worked out surf. Pro saved us thank you very much for your time and patience. Highly recommended anybody having trouble give them a call five stars from this family.
