Got a pedicure today, and I didn't realize this until the end, but they closed at 6, I got there at 5:50...sign and internet said they closed at 7, one hour earlier in the winter-I had no clue this was already considered "winter." Anyway, they did a fantastic job, and gave zero attitude-like I said, I didn't know they closed at 6 and no one told me. They were so kind! I only found out as my last coat of polish was going on and another late Lucy client mentioned it! I was mortified!!!!! I do NOT do things like that! I apologized profusely; of course, they said no problem, but in my mind it still was and I felt very rude! ‍ Very nice place!

Today was my first visit, and it was amazing. Everyone was so warm and inviting and created a great experience for me. I had the full deluxe pedicure, a massage, and a pedicure. The wonderful young man did an amazing job with my pedicure, and the hot rock massage was amazing. He was fun to visit with as well. A calm and fun atmosphere. I was totally relaxed after a gracious lady completed my neck and shoulder massage. My nail techs were both awesome as well, translating my vague vision into beautiful nails. Thank you all! You truly Nail(ed) It and created a relaxing and enjoyable mini-spa day for me!!

Had an appointment for a group of 4. The place was busy when we got there. The staff quickly got us all started. We had a bunch of different things to get done, and the entire time, the staff was upbeat, polite, and super helpful. The sets of acrylics were impeccably done. Smooth application, no fuss, done so well. Gel and designs were done quickly and beautifully. The pedicures were relaxing, not rushed, and of course, the toenails were pretty and perfect at the end. 10/10 would recommend.

Requested style: I showed the nail technician a picture of what I wanted but I wanted it in a different color. She matched it absolutely perfectly.
