The reviews aren't wrong. Waited 4 hours only to watch another driver get in ahead of me. When I talked to the shipping clerk, they had him move out & put me on the dock. Apparently they lost me in their system even though my load was clearly on their board when I pointed it out.

I read all the reviews which were posted. I have to pickup load from this company. All reviews are very true. After check in 1st hour there was nothing. In the next hour they load my trailer. Then next three hours I wait for paperwork. I don't know why the take too much time for Paperwork. They kill the driver time. They don't deserve even one star. I told my company don't book load again from this company.

Worse place i ever been , if you are coming here be ready for 5 hours minimum And max 7 bcoz it took them 4 hours to load and 1 hour for paperwork like seriously manNever coming back to this place
