We have called Keck Plumbing a number of times over the last few years for issues both large and small. Every single time, Dave has bent over backwards to help us out of a tough spot, going well above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our needs are met. He is consistently honest, responsive, fair, and capable. On one occasion, when an issue we were having ended up falling outside the scope of Dave's work because it turned out to be unrelated to plumbing, Dave still called a couple of days later to check up on us and make sure everything turned out okay.
