Today, Barb and I made our selection and then sat down with Kelly and told her what we wanted in the way of inscriptions etc. Kelly was very helpful and accommodating. Then Tanner went to work on the computer and showed us what the finished item would look like with our info on it. Thank you Kelly and Tanner!!!

In this world where ordinary businesses want to do the minimum for the customer and move on to the next one, this business is the exception. This family business rises to the top like cream on milk! They were so accommodating and patient with our family. Without hurrying the process they helped us select the right stone and inscription that would be special for us. They even helped us to navigate the government red tape to get a stone for a veteran from which they received no financial benefit. Highly recommend Gem City Memorials!
