We had a capacitor go out when it was 93° out and after hours. Elam's came to the rescue and had us back up and cooling in about an hour! Blake was great!

Charged 258 dollars for taking out old furnace. Within 2 weeks I called to have them put in new furnace and a/c unit. Over 8,000 dollars. When I asked if I could get a refund on the 258 since I was buying new from them, they informed me that they still charge for that even if you buy new from them. “New guy” forgot to hook up some wires during installation so a/c unit didn’t work for a time. They promptly came out and quickly fixed the situation. They also stopped a leak on roof around flue pipe that was not caused by them. Always arrived at the time they said they would be there. Very punctual. Wish they could have dropped that fee for taking out old furnace considering I spent over 8,000 on the new ones from them but, overall they were very courteous and work was very good.

Very punctual, when they say that they will be there at a certain time, trust me, they are. Very courteous towards their customers. After they finished installing the new furnace and A/C unit, they cleaned up the entire area including a couple of old furnace filters that was nearby. John in sales is great as well, he kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole process, and encouraged me to contact him anytime after the install if I had any questions or concerns. Top Notch all the way, I very highly recommended Elam to anyone.
