We called to have sand delivered and they were prompt to answer and respond, they were willing to make the trip but we were quite the distance away, because of this the owner called back and actually recommended places nearby that might work better for us. She took the extra time to help us out and I cannot thank them enough. Customer service is top notch, for that reason alone I highly recommend this business and truly appreciate Faiths kindness and all the help she provided to us!
Faith took my call on a Friday afternoon. I asked her a few general questions like if they had a certain rock in stock and how much per ton it was. I told her I would let my husband know and we would be down Saturday to get it. Kickapoo Sand and Gravel is about 45 minutes from our home but it was totally worth the drive. Customer service was wonderful. Faith had even written down my phone number and the name that probably popped up on their caller ID. When we arrived she knew exactly who we were and was saving the rock for it even though I didn't specifically ask her to! We have used these folks three times over the years. They are always spot on when it comes to quantity requirements and very friendly to deal with. On time and courteous delivery. Prices are great. Can't recommend them enough!
