Very professional and businesslike. He is also polite and courteous when talking to you. Explains everything in detail thoroughly that you can understand. Will answer any question you would have about Medicare and Medicare Supplemental Insurance that you may not understand and will go above and beyond to help you understand your insurance so that when you walk out you have a better understanding of your insurance plan than when you walked in.
