I've been going to bureau valley for the last several yrs and I am very pleased about their service (for those who do t know its a phone service that answers after hrs been there n they are rude) my dogs have no issues with going they love to see Dr Sondegroth she's awesome their next favorite is Dr Reed I would highly recommend them they're both excellent but this review has another purpose Dr Adam's is a no go she didn't help my dog just made it worse n I lost him he was such a good boy n didn't deserve that, I'm not going to go into the story now but u can find me on fb n I will tell u. Dr. Sondergraff helped me today as I sadly had to put my 17-year-old cat, Sweet William to sleep. It was very difficult and I will always be grateful to her kindness through this hard time.
