Contacted Phoenix Corporation of the Quad cities after one of their semi truck drivers almost ran into me while I was merging onto 74 but the safety director that I reported it to said that it’s a heavy construction zone and he was just probably trying to get to his area- without me giving a description of the driver or wanting my video. Watch out for the semi truck drivers since they don’t look out for you.
