My family and I have been patients at Pontiac Family Eyecare for over twenty years. All of the staff there has always made our visits great.They are happy to see you, and to help you with everything you need.Knowledgeable, friendly and awesome at explaining the diagnoses and treatment.I used other facilities before going there, but none compare. I am extremely grateful to have found Pontiac Family Eyecare.

As usual I was treated with utmost kindness and caring manners from all staff. I have been very pleased with my eye care since I began here 20-30 years ago. I’m sad to leave this caring staff behind as I move. I hope to find another Vision Source eye care facility near my new home.

Staff always friendly and helpful! Certainly recommend the services they offer!!! Good group!!3-7-22…was at Family Eye Care this morning. Just a note to say the staff is very good! It was a quick appointment and all front office and tech staff was helpful. The gals are always friendly &make us feel welcome!! Certainly recommend the services they offer!!9-25-23 Staff is friendly and accommodating from the minute we walk in to when we leave. My husband is currently in a wheelchair and one of the staff came to hold the doors as we entered and that was appreciated!
