Our air conditioner stopped working on a recent July evening. I called first thing the next morning to get on a list to get seen ASAP. When Chris answered he said he could come out in the afternoon. That didn’t work for my schedule-I assumed it would be days before they could look at it. Nope-Chris said let me rearrange something and I’ll be out right now if that works? Heck ya it works. So grateful to the fast response and diagnosis. Turns out our A/Cis not typical- the part was not available for a while. Jaime in the office did some calling around and let me know the same morning that she found a part from one of her industry contacts. Outstanding service from everyone.... read full review

My AC kept freezing up. I called and they came out the same day and came back to check it the next day. I told Chris that I was havin about 25 people over for a cookout and he made sure everything was working before he left..I am very pleased with the work they did and couldn't recommend them enough. It is really difficult to find reliable people to show up, have time to show up, or want to show up!They also went over everything and how much it was going to cost before they did any work. I definitely appreciated that.Service: A/C system repair
