New Virgina Jeep Owner! I have always wanted a Jeep and finally had the chance to look for one. (Bye bye mamma mobile). I started to look for new, used, and at the local large dealerships. Not realizing the overwhelming options Jeeps have, this took some time. After a few months of learning, test drives, and endless searching for the right one…I found it here in IL. I live in VA and wasn’t sure how this process would be, and highly skeptical of the quality. I also am ole school who wants to know who I am buying from and couldn’t see this person eye to eye. Boy was this not only the easiest process I absolutely love the quality of the vehicle. (Of course you are going to say “who doesn’t love a Jeep”). I bought it sight unseen and Kyle Fajardo was incredibly helpful. He offered all the assistance I needed to feel comfortable with the vehicle and saw me all the way through the process. Jake Heller made the buying easy and when my Credit Union had issues he took care of everything on his day off and in the evenings. The Jeep arrived much sooner then quoted and it was better than I expected. (Shhh…don’t tell anyone but I swear I had it under 24 hours of the money being wired over!) I never expected that, but John Warren really worked his magic. It's amazing and I now have the Jeep wave down pat. I am waiting for my first duck but....don't want to rush it. I would absolutely recommend this team and Heller Motors to anyone even across state lines who needs a good vehicle and someone to trust.
