“I will never let another stylist touch my hair besides Nikki. I started coming to her a few years ago after a few botched Great Clips haircuts in a row. She could definitely tell I was anxious and made sure she communicated exactly what she was going to do and walked me through the whole process. She says you can always cut more, but you can't cut less. About a year into having her as my stylist I got stress induced hair loss and the health of my hair was horrible. I think she genuinely cared about what I was going through just as much as I did. Me, Nikki, and my hair have been through a lot together and I wouldn't have had as much confidence going through hair loss if she wasn't giving me haircuts and pep talks that made me feel normal. Today my hair is healthy and growing like weeds and we can finally dye it and experiment with fun cuts. I'm very glad I found her as my stylist and will be coming to her as long as she's cutting hair.“
