Couldn’t have asked for better communication and service. Had a Boiler go out 1 night, Todd was there first thing the next morning and had it diagnosed in 5 minutes. Had parts ordered that same day, and installed the next.
Control board burned up first thing in the morning. Called Thatcher as soon as they opened. Wyatt was scheduled to be to my house at 11 am and showed up exactly on time. He was incredibly professional and friendly. He inspected the furnace thoroughly and found the issue quickly. The repair was done in a timely fashion. The cost was in line with what I expected.
