Dr. Agerwall and Dr. Patel are so amazing!!! I had a wonder Dental Assistant named Rachel, I hoped I spelled your name right. She was very kind, answered all questions I had before and after seeing the Doctor and made sure she took her time to make me felt comfortable while cleaning. The desk staff are amazing and so kind, they help with any issues I'm having or if I need to fix my medical updates. They always make it easy for me to schedule or reschedule with no hassle. I never get any attitude from anyone here! I come out of the dentist here feeling amazing each time!! Thank you everyone at Today's Dental of Plainfield!! I hope you guys have a great day everyday!
Dr Patel is very nice and understanding. The technician was very nice and helpful. Update they pulled 9 teeth out and it didn't hurt like I thought it would. I had a horrible experience with the oral surgeon in Chicago when he stuck the needle in it hurt so bad I hit the roof. The doctor that pulled my teeth today I hardly felt anything. I look forward going back and getting my dentures. The aide that helped she was so nice and pleasant. The ladies up front were very pleasant.
I have been going here for many years. My family also goes here. The people who do the cleanings are very nice. If you have any fears, they talk you through them. The dentists here are the same way. Very nice, knowledgeable, and helps you make the best decisions for your dental health. The ladies at the front desk are also very nice and help with any questions you may have. I will definitely be staying with this dental practice.
