“We came to know about this center through our son's school program. Have been sending our son here for a little over one month, and the program has been amazing! Our son is getting the power and strength and the program is helping him focus. Master Kim is very friendly. The co-instructors Master Jung and Co and really helpful as well and accommodating. It's great to see so many helpers/co-instructors help the kids as they need attention and help from time to time. Master Carlos is great with the kids and very approachable! We tried a different center in Naperville and 95th street, where the instructors weren't that great, and glad we made the switch!“

“Master Yoon has an impressive background and is a very attentive, skilled instructor. He notices every small detail and corrects students’ postures with a sharp eye, ensuring everyone trains at their own pace. My son enjoys coming here for his Taekowndo, and I even decided to join the adult Hapkido class myself. It is more challenging than Pilates I used to do, but it has helped improve my overall fitness and even lowered my physical body age! (Measured with a machine at my Dr office :P)

Since we train together, my son and I feel more energetic and capable of protecting ourselves — not just from “bad guys,” but also from daily stress! ;D I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to strengthen both body and mind under expert guidance.“
