Staff was friendly. Quick delivery (next day) available which was a surprise, however, the delivery fee was almost as much as the firewood itself. This was our fault as we did not ask ahead of time the cost for delivery but, didn’t expect it to practically double the total cost. If we use this company again we will definitely pick up the product ourselves. Most pieces of wood had areas that were visibly wet. Tried picking out what we thought were the driest pieces to use in our fireplace that day but still had moisture and were hard to keep lit. So you will have to dry it out a bit on your own & isn’t necessarily delivered dry.

Online states “all our mulch is organic.” Not true, unless you think small plastic pieces, aluminum foil and plastic bag pieces are organic. I DO NOT think plastic is organic nor do I believe that is the definition in retail. Therefore, this is false advertisement and not a good product. Some of our “non organic” treasures photo attached.

Eli was friendly and helpful. We purchased a delivery of 2 different mixes of stones to complete a dyi river rock bed. Red Flint are the larger stones. The AM Heritage is the smaller stone. Roughly a little over $200 (est 1.5 tons) with delivery and sales tax. Delivered on time. We had enough for the full abundant look we wanted and additional stones to landscape our diy firepit.
