“After 8 years, the inside handle on our Schlage entry door lockset broke. Rather than go through the multi-week process to take advantage of their “lifetime replacement warranty”, decided to purchase a replacement lockset. Of course, we wanted to “re-key” the replacement lockset to match the existing locks at our home. This required contacting a locksmith. Fortunately, my Google search introduced me to Citadel, a local business in my hometown of Oswego. Stopped by their business earlier today and Dave, the owner, took maybe a half hour out of his busy schedule to re-key my new lockset to our existing keys for a very reasonable price.
