Floors come true was great to do the floors. Kevin came out and measured and told us exactly what he could do and couldnt do so there was no confusion on what you were getting. He was well prepared and even carried some examples of flooring in his truck during the quote process. The work was done in a timely manner. The quality of the work is very professional. His team did a great job on the resurfacing of the main floor, removal of carpet and installation of the upstairs floor, and hardwood stairs. The installers were very respectful and conscientious. The floor looks great. After they were finished they spent a lot of time reconnecting my TV and making sure it worked. I had snagged a parking place on the street for the installers, but it turned out that they didn't need it. At the end of the day I moved my car back to the garage. One of them walked me to my car and made sure I got on my way. They really went the extra mile.
