Matt & Karen did a tremendous job. We had a miscommunication and they jumped on it to make it right. Their installer, Mike, was passionate about what he does and made it look better than we had imagined. These FCI folks are the best!
I am thrilled with my new hard wood floors and area rugs. The rooms are revitalized.
Matt was very clear in his explanation of the process and billing. He also frequently called and stopped in to check progress.
The team that did the carpet removal, then installing, sanding, staining and sealing the floors did a fantastic job. They were able to nearly match the stain of existing flooring.
Karen was very helpful in arranging financing, selection and purchase of area rugs.
Matt and Karen delivered and installed the area rugs for me - a task I would not have been able to handle.
