Eric delivered the horrific news that we had to replace our entire HVAC system with aplomb. He was patient, thorough in his explanations, fielded all of our questions ably, and walked us through the various replacement options. He filled us in on some temporary deals we would not have otherwise been aware of and even tipped us off to some zero percent financing available to us, which was great because the new system cost a milliondy-billion dollars. We are long time customers and have had a great working relationship with this company through several homes now.
Comfort Services scheduled our service call immediately. Their technician Brandon H. was very prompt and Outstanding ! He zeroed right in on our AC unit issue, explained everything thoroughly, and was very courteous with advice and recommendations. We Highly Recommend Comfort Services !
My tech Brandon is awesome. In most of my properties he is the tech they send out and he is awesome honest and knowledgeable. I recommend this company for your cooling and heating systems needs.
