Eric delivered the horrific news that we had to replace our entire HVAC system with aplomb. He was patient, thorough in his explanations, fielded all of our questions ably, and walked us through the various replacement options. He filled us in on some temporary deals we would not have otherwise been aware of and even tipped us off to some zero percent financing available to us, which was great because the new system cost a milliondy-billion dollars.
