They are always on time and always friendly, especially to my little dog who loves to attack their blue foot booties! We had a recent problem with our AC and when they couldn’t get the part immediately, they brought out two window air-conditioners and installed them, even taking the time to tape up the side so bugs could not get in. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

The technicians were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Our unit is situated in an uneven spot and the original slab it was resting on was cracked; they provided a new slab, packed gravel underneath it , and ensured that it was level.
