Could not have asked for a better experience. I did not take before pictures because they looked so terrible w/ multitude of patchy gray areas. However, we were thrilled with the final result and all parts of the project. We have referred them to our neighborhood association and I know of at least two neighbors that are Thinking they will call them this week
Buff And Coat did a great job! We had the whole first floor and staircase refinished and the floor looks like new! We had a few floorboards that were damaged and they repaired them beautifully. The team is very professional and responsive. They completed the work on time and came back to help place some furniture. Couldn’t have picked a better company to work with.
We had quite a bit of 15 year old oak hardwood flooring that was very tired or worn by the previous owners. Buff and Coat was a fraction of the cost of those that wanted to totally refinish the floors and the others couldn’t guarantee our coloring would be the same (which we wanted to keep) and our results gave us that. We are extremely happy with the results. The workers were very courteous, clean, organized and so quiet as they worked. I wouldn’t say the process is odorless as we still have an odor a week later which is fading but definitely was stronger the first couple days. Nothing that gives a headache but it was very evident.
