“My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Williams since we moved here almost 10 years ago. It is wonderful to have a family eye clinic right here in Pingree Grove. The staff at Bright Eyes is so friendly and helpful. We get all our glasses there. They have a great frame selection. Several years back I had cataract surgery and now need to be seen by an opthalmologist. So I no longer go to Dr. Williams for my annual eye exam. However, my husband still has his annual exam there. Last week I had an eye emergency. I was concerned because we were getting ready to go out of town. I called Bright Eyes and they squeezed me in that day. Dr. Williams was able to take care of my problem. It was a big relief to be able to go out of town free from eye pain. Thank you to Dr. Williams and the staff at Bright Eyes Family Vision for all their help. I highly recommend them.“

“I went here for many years, and I really liked Dr. Elizabeth for myself and, when he was added to the practice, Dr. Jay, for my kids. However, when Dr. Elizabeth left, one of the namesakes, I saw Dr. Jay whom I really enjoyed as well. Then, he left, too. Something just does not seem right now. I did like all of the employees there at the reception desk and those who fit us for glasses. However, it is time for us to move on as well.“

“This will be long but worth the read, I apologize in advance. I am visiting Huntley from Texas for 2 weeks for work, and I had an eye emergency. While getting ready for work one morning, I dropped a single contact of the only pair I had down the sink drain (rookie mistake, I should have packed spare glasses). Anyway, I was in distress and my heart was racing because I have to drive to O’Hare Airport this weekend and could NOT do that with one contact. Really, I couldn’t even have made it through the rest of the work week. I called up Kaye Eyecare after searching for nearby optometrists in Huntley and I apologize I did not get her name, but the woman that answered my call was MORE than willing to help me with my emergency. She fit me in for an appointment within a few hours, ensured Kaye accepts my vision insurance, and ensured they had the contacts that I needed in stock!! When I arrived at my appointment, I was welcomed warmly by the receptionist and filled out all necessary paperwork. After I was called in, Jodi did an amazing job of making me feel like everything would be alright, and she ran every single test with care and sparked up great conversation. Once Dr. Robertson came in to finish off the eye exam, she was also comforting and let me know that Kaye is always available to help patients where they can. Dr. Robertson took more time with me than any eye doctor visit I have had in Texas, and any eye-related questions I had, she answered with clear detail. I was extremely impressed by how amazing this ENTIRE office staff is - from phone call, to arrival, to exams, to purchasing. If you all were located in TX, I would be back in a heartbeat because it’s safe to say you blow other optometrist offices out of the water. Thank you Kaye for making a Texas boy feel right at home!“

“By far the best vision care period. Dr. Schwendeman is astute, intelligent and thorough. I have a strong prescription with astigmatism and am prone to headaches. Somehow he managed to find the perfect prescription for me. Now I see better than ever and have no issues with pain. On top of all of this, the staff is Super friendly. My only mistake was trying out a competitor first. Needless to say, that establishment did not exhibit the same customer service and expertise as Dr. S and staff. 11/10 would recommend.“
