I received remarkable customer service at Technology Made Easy today. My Customer Service Agent, Roy, really helped me understand some glitches and gray area today while I set up my new computer. Roy displayed the upmost skill in customer communication, technical proficancies, and professional quality service as I navigated some unknown territories with my new computer. Went there for a screen protector for my phone after calling prior, was told 23 bucks plus tax. Price was different when I went in, hense the 4 stars. Communication and knowledge of products within the staff obviously need improvement as plenty of others have also had some bad experiences here. But otherwise was done on the spot and took just a few minutes as was told on the phone. See how long it lasts.
