Great care people.
Management isn't great at scheduling caregiver employees.
Phone communication is a problem. Actually, communication in general is a problem.
But the people are nice. They try.
Never show, never call back. Don't care about their clients. Because your worker quit without notice it's a client fault and they don't try and get you help right away.
Addus is to help my sister twice a week but most time she has to call they never call her they say they will but don't today a complete no show halftime she has to beg for someone to show up
