“Kitchen was designed and project executed on time. On the spot modifications as needed without incurring any additional expense. Workers came in and did a take out of old kitchen, opened up a wall and put up a wall, rerouted electric and plumbing in 3 days. They also installed cabinets. The job was completed in 5 days. This was a large job done in a short time. Work ethic with crew was a refreshing experience. Nice to see a professional job done. “It’s taken me a while to write this review, but I was reminded when I saw the caulk around the tub faucet in my daughter’s bathroom. Dave took the time to caulk the faucet after replacing the cartridge which turned out to be a bit challenging. Dave and Harley came in focused to work. They were quick, efficient and very professional. Dave and Harley were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be calling them for all of my plumbing needs. “They will always be my first call. First time was for a leaking pipe on the weekend and they were up front and honest about after hour prices and got it fixed quick and made it look better than before. Second time was about my well pump which they said they probably couldn't fixed but asked for pictures (again on a weekend) and gave me some things to try before we up and replaced the whole pump. They ended up saving me about $400 and hours of my life from having to replace the pump. They actually care about their customers and not just how much money they can suck from someone.“

“I recommend Flatney. They had to camera my line and advised a hydrojetting to clear the line. They showed me the camera before and after. I have evergreens over my line so it was extremely clogged with roots and I was getting I was getting it rodded twice a year with another company. Flatney was able to clear the line all way out to the village line. There was one spot they couldn’t get but said they would come back with the camera to see if it got pushed out. They came and it did. I also appreciate Scott. He actually went in my crawl space. Bless his heart. Also they can right away both times I called. ??“
