I loved the quality of my new nails but didn't appreciate waiting for a half hour after my appointment time and then feeling rushed because he made an appointment for someone to come in a half hour after he started me while I was seating in his chair. A quality manicure has always taken an hour in the past so scheduling one for a half hour from my start time was very rude, especially since this appointment was scheduled while I was there! Talk about feeling not appreciated as a new customer, he takes the prize for doing that.

Will give them another try. Had the greatest pedicure of my life. So relaxing, so thorough. Nails were okay, but the line on one was a little off, asked about it being fixed and wasnt happy with the response. For the $100 I spent, I felt they should have offered to redo that nail, if fixing it wasnt possible.
