Amazing service and very knowledgeable staff. Helpful with exotics and pond advice, I would recommend taking with Greg. He knows his fish and details specific to pond maintenance which is very hard to find in this area.

Nichole asked and listened to my thoughts on how I wanted Joker groomed. I felt very comfortable leaving him with her as she expressed she had taken care of and groomed many big dogs before. I was extremely happy with the way Joker looked when I picked him up. We will return to be groomed with Nichole!

Staff was very professional and attempted to make my dog as comfortable as possible. My dog was scared due to the noise so staff made suggestions regarding future grooming. My dog smelled much better and the staff did an excellent job on her nail trim.
