Showed up right away, unlocked the car easily, accepted cash and card, quick with the receipt, mentioned insurance roadside assistance would probably reimburse (it did), and overall was just an easy process and good experience.

He came within an hour of calling, on a Sunday when everyone else was closed. With the windchill being -24 degrees outside, he arrived very quickly. We had a key snap off in the lock of our front door, and he was able to remove the key and reinstall the lock. He was very kind and respectful, and we will be calling again when we find ourselves in need.

Very nice, very efficient! I had to get to work at 745 am. However, I realised that I forgot my keys inside my house until I arrived at my car at about 710 am. Called Peoria Lock &safe inc then They came a few minutes after I called them and in a second they opened my door. So I am here already working in my workplace. Thank you so much!
