I stupidly locked my keys in my car, and what was given to me as the spare key turned out to NOT be for my car. He was out within 15 minutes and got my car easily unlocked. It was luckily only $60 and my insurance reimbursed me. He was very nice and was in and out quick!
This review is late as it's been a while since I was there. I have forgotten the young man's name that was working that day, but I haven't forgotten the wonderful service I received from him. He made over 30 keys for me ... and yes, every single one worked! He was extremely efficient, like clockwork, got the job done in record time and, in between, he took care of all the other customers that came in and answered the phone several times. I highly recommend Peoria Lock & Safe to anyone. Jeff is a great guy who sticks by his word, very uncommon in today's businesses. Very awesome local business who cares about their people and community. I greatly appericate the help and will be back to do business with yall in the future.
